Arriving to Heidelberg

By Plane:
If travelling by plane, it is best to arrive at Frankfurt airport. From Frankfurt airport to Heidelberg, you can either take the Lufthansa Airport Bus or the train.

By train:
You can use the connection finder of the Deutsche Bahn to plan your trip from Frankfurt Airport to Heidelberg. From the main station train in Heidelberg, you can take tram no 1, dir. Technologiepark, or tram no 4, dir. Handschuhsheim, to the stop "Bunsengymnasium".

By car:
Follow motorway A5 to "Autobahnkreuz Heidelberg" and take A656 to "Heidelberg". After leaving the motorway turn left to "Eberbach / Neckargemünd". At the next possibility turn right to "Eberbach / Weinheim". Pass through the bridge and turn right to "Darmstadt / Weinheim". Cross the Neckar-river and turn left at the 2th traffic light junction (bevor the Shell - filling station). Parking places are on the rigth or left side.


Travelling in Heidelberg Heidelberg

By public transportation:
The next station "Bunsengymnasium" can be reached from the main station by tram no 1, dir. Technologiepark, and 4, dir. Handschuhsheim, and "Bunsengymnasium-West" by Bus no. 12, dir. Sportzentrum Nord, (from "Bismarckplatz" which is in the city of HD).
