Instruction for authors of papers
Instruction for authors of papers submitted for publication in the workshop proceedings: pdf file and word file.The final deadline for submission of contributions is the last day of the workshop: 16 September 2005. Authors should submit a hard copy, the complete copyright form and an electronic file of their paper (PDF or PS version).

Upload your presentations and proceedings
(1) You have to connect to : http://indico.cern.ch/ , click on Conferences and choose the 11th Workshop on Electronics for LHC and future Experiments
or go directly to : http://indico.cern.ch/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=0510(2) Then click on the right top icon titled login and log in by typing your username and password used for the abstract submission.
(3) Click on My conference on the left part of the page, your contribution appears, click on it. Then click on Submit Material, choose the material type (paper, slides), find the file to submit by the browse button and submit.

Poster exhibition
For every accepted poster there is an allocated space of 130cm x 100cm (landscape). We advice to put either one poster of size A0 (landscape) or two posters of size A1 (portrait).
